1.  What is your Independent Business Owner ID Number?



A:  34497

2.  How much can I make working from home and how will I be paid?

A:  Service pay structures are set on either a per hour basis which is at a fixed rate or per call minute which is a variable rate.  The pay rates range from $9-$16 per hour with some opportunities for sales and service applications to provide performance bonuses and incentives.  CSP's are paid twice a month on the 8th (which covers the 16th through the last day of the month) and on the 25th (which covers the 1st through the 15th). 

3.  Can I work full-time hours?

A:  Most of the clients have a minimum hourly requirement, but you are able to work as many clients as you are able to service as long as you satisfy the minimum hourly requirement.  For example, if a client has a minimum of 20 hours per week as long as you work your required 20 hours you are free to service another client. You are also able to work additional hours outside of your minimum requirement if the hours are available. ​





​4.  What type of opportunities are available?

A:  The opportunities are mostly service support in customer service, chat, technical support, and sales.  You are able to choose the client you want to service.  Most of the opportunities are customer service focused but some clients offer sales and sales support opportunities.  All CSP's are able to view the opportunity announcement before expressing interest in a position.  I recommend that you review the opportunity to make sure it is a good fit for you.

5.  As an independent contractor how will I file my taxes?

A:  Independent contractors will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.   What does this mean to you?  Instead of taxes being taken out per pay check during the year they are taken at the end of the year when you file your taxes.

6.  Do you require CSP's to sign a contract?

A:  No we do not require our CSP's to sign a contract and you are not obligated to work for any specific period of time.

7.  What are the fees associated with working under Call Centricity LLC?

A:  Call Centricity has a flat rate service fee of $50.00 per pay period (which includes the Arise Support Fee of $19.75 per pay period) for servicing under our IBO. 

​8.  Why am I charged a $19.75 Arise Service Fee and is it paid to Call Centricity LLC?

A:  The ARISE® service fee is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the ARISE® 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and STARMATIC® scheduling system and WILLOW® accounting services. The Arise service fee is currently $19.75 and is deducted twice a month from your Independent Business Owner Service Fees for each servicing Independent Business Owner employee.  The 19.75 Arise service fee is included into the $60.00 monthly flat rate fee.

9.  Are there opportunities for advancement within Call Centricity LLC?

A:  In the near future we will be looking to promote CSP's into new roles within the organization.  We will definitely keep our eye open for those individuals with leadership skills and even train individuals to be promoted into leadership roles. 

10.  Do I pay for my training or Call Centricity LLC?

A:  CSP's are currently responsible for the cost of their training.  In the near future we will be implementing a training reimbursement program to help assist CSP's with training cost.  FYI all training expenses, and expenses associated with getting started with Call Centricity LLC and Arise are tax deductible since you are an independent contractor.

11. Does Call Centricity LLC offer any incentives?

12.  How do I apply?

13.  How long will it take me to start servicing a client and will I be paid for Client Certification courses?



A:  The Admission process can take anywhere from 5-7 days.  Once you have completed the Admission process you will choose a IBO to join and express interest in a client certification course which can vary depending on the client you choose .  The course time frame can range anywhere from 3-4 weeks to complete.  Once you have completed training and passed certification calls you are eligible to schedule hours and begin servicing the client.   CSP's are not compensated during client certification courses, but some clients do offer incentives and bonuses upon completion of the course.

​14.  What are the computer requirements and phone requirement?

A:  Processor: 1.6 GHZ or better (2 GB RAM or better RECOMMENDED) If upgrading from a slower processor, consider purchasing a new system. It is usually more cost effective.  Operating System must be Windows 2000, XP, 7 (32 or 64 bit), and MACS.  Clients do not support Windows Vista & 8.

Hard Drive: 80 GB with at least 15GB of free space

CD-ROM : 48X Speed CD-ROM R/W, R/W DVD, or a 3 1/2

Sound Card & Speakers: 32-bit sound card and a pair of desktop speakers, 19 inch or larger monitor  



Phone:    CSP's are required to have a POTS Line (Plain Old Telephone Line) dedicated to your Client 's incoming calls.   Many of the clients now currently allow CSP's to use VoiP Digital Phone Service to service their customers.

 

15. What type of headset do I need to work from home?

 

A:  Call Centricity CSP's are required to use a hard wired telephone with a compatiable headset for production as well as a usb headset with microphone for training.  You do not need a seperate USB headset!  Simply choose the option to add a USB cord to the Pro, Air, or Flex Series Telephones.  *Optional USB cord for training is not available for with the Eco Series Telephone.  Click the link below to purchase your headset.
