Call Centricity LLC broke ground in 2011 as an Independent Business in partnership with Arise Virtual Solutions Inc.  Arise Virtual Solutions is a leading provider of virtual business services for fortune 500 companies.  Our partnership with Arise Virtual Solutions gives us the opportunity to contract with independent contractors (Client Support Professionals -CSP's) in the United States to provide customer service, email, chat support, technical support, and sales.  Our main goal of creating Call Centricity was to offer  people the opportunity to balance their home and work life.  We are excited about the opportunity to speak with each and every one of you and thank you for taking the time to visit with us.

The CEO of Call Centricity LLC Monique White has over 18 years of customer service experience and 3 years of that experience has been in homeshoring.  I have worked with several large corporations in a customer service capacity.  I have experience working in a variety of customer service fields such as: oil & gas, airline, telecommunications, cable, order entry, emergency road service, and rewards programs. I have held positions ranging from inbound/outbound customer service, sales escalations support, training, admin support, and face to face service support.
